1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Baroud Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Baroud Solutions is registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42097271, VAT ID NL005491330B88.
2. Services
Baroud Solutions provides IT support, IT consultancy, website development, network installation and troubleshooting, and security assessments. The specific services provided to each client are set out in the relevant service agreement or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, granting necessary access to systems and personnel, and cooperating in good faith with our team. Clients must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. Our full data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baroud Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
